One thing to note is that the finish of both the flat and cottage styles are not as durable as the premium finishes and have a greater tendency to show scratch marks if it comes in contact with an abrasive surface. With similar container styles as the premium line with the Cubico and Classico, you can get the same style of container in a more budget friendly price range. The flat/matte finishes come primarily in white, slate, and nutmeg, with a few planters having a purple garnet option. This can be especially noticeable in the white woven wicker design when left in a dusty or dirty outdoor area. One thing we’ve noticed is that dirt can easily get trapped between the wicker finishes, making cleaning more difficult than a simple wipe down or hose off.
